Sea temp not too bad at Lancing. Sailed from half four til half six. 4m ezzy rigged fairly flat was still a handful but entertaining. A bit like lifting the biggest weights you can manage down at the gym rather than doing reps on a more comfortable setting. On the way out you could sail almost straight out, on the way in you could point almost parallel to the shore, bit strange but good for getting back upwind. Also a wind shadow on the inside despite onshore, a strong rip must have been sluicing. Still, waves were reasonably chunky and cleaned up nicely inside for downwind rides pretty much every time.
